Two releases in two days? Yes, while v2.11.1 corrected for the most common scenarios around the CCP API update to HTTPS only, as some users had discovered and brought to my attention there were was a scenario that was missed. With a particular set of options selected in the EVE settings (ex: enabling a proxy server but leaving the value blank), would cause the API calling code to fall back to using HTTP and not HTTPS. The end result being those affected were still not getting API updates. So while it was possible to work around the issue, a quick update will help everyone affected and not just the ones who stop by the website.
I do apologize to anyone affected by the extra long outage on API updates for the inconvenience.
